Securely place the device, power cables, and any unused primers into the original product box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
